Texas Functional & Regenerative Medicine is committed to providing high-quality medical, wellness, and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Medical & Aesthetic Services

All medical, aesthetic, and wellness services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Consultations
Injections and injectable services
IV or wellness therapies
Peptide or wellness support services
Treatment packages or programs

Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable
Unused services may be transferable or eligible for clinic credit at our discretion
Packages may not be partially refunded once services have begun

Expiration dates and package terms are provided at purchase.

Products

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show fees may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Texas Functional & Regenerative Medicine. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original form of payment.
