Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule and may be considered a same-day cancellation. This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
